Everything is happening at the speed of light. Life is a blur right now.
Two weeks ago, we found an apartment we like. That weekend, our broker called about the retail space in Grand Prairie. The landlord is agreeable to our terms.
We put the apartment on hold.
Upon performing due diligence, I decided against opening a restaurant in Grand Prairie.
So now we've found another retail space. I really like this one. But the landlord wants lots of changes to our menu because it may affect their anchor tenant's business.
My adrenaline is through the roof and out of this solar system.
Tomorrow we meet with the landlord to discuss details.
